I started CrossFit back in 2017 and instantly became addicted to the sport. I loved that females were encouraged to lift heavy and found my inner self confidence through accomplishing fitness goals I’d never deemed possible before.<br /> Since then I’ve realized the impact that functional fitness, lifting weights, and diet have on not only overall physical health but mental health as well.
As a coach there are few things as rewarding as helping someone accomplish a feat of athleticism that they could not do the day before. Showing members that they are capable of reaching their full potential inside and outside of the gym is what keeps me coming back for more as a coach.
